I am Ryan, and I have a lot of experience in removing malware and viruses from people's computers. I can help you here.

Some recommendations I have before you post.

Disable System Restore on Windows XP and Windows ME. Viruses can create points and when you go back to them, the virus can be restored.

Be sure it is malware. Are you getting annoying popups telling you of spyware infection? Is your computer slowing? Then you probably are infected.

Most computers are infected with some form of adware nowadays. Just browsing the net you can get tracking cookies, adware, and spyware.
